Rasha is passionate about helping people improve their health.
After a career as a CPA, she fell in love with nutrition and exercise. She holds a Master’s in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She worked as a dietitian at a psychiatric hospital before pursuing private practice.
Rasha is skilled as a dietitian in the disordered eating field. Her counseling focuses on meeting her clients where they are and partnering with them to create a nutrition plan that nourishes them both physically and emotionally. She loves celebrating her clients’ small wins and overall wellness.
Rasha is also a registered yoga instructor and certified personal trainer. In her free time she enjoys crossword puzzles, spin and trying new recipes.
